A5: The products are packed in knock-down carton boxes with pearl cotton inside for protection. Glass parts are additionally secured with wooden frames to ensure safety during transit.
Q6. What documents will be provided?
A6: We will provide the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice , Packing List, and Certificate of Origin. These documents will enable you or your broker to complete customs clearance on your end.
Q7. What happens if products are damaged during shipping?
A7: Our shipping agency takes full responsibility for ensuring the safety of the goods during transit. In the rare event of damage, they will be liable for compensation. For minor issues, we will assist you and provide replacements for the damaged parts.
Q8. How long does it take to replace missing parts in a shipment?
A8: If there are any small missing components, we will dispatch them via DHL as soon as possible, typically within one week.
